4 Months in, SimCity's Traffic AI still creates Mass Destruction and Death! wait what?

This happened to me in SimCity today. The line for the space center stops moving, then suddenly my entire city literally turns into a parking lot...

Well this IS the game where every damn set of patch notes says they've fixed the traffic

Well, you do have an intersection right off the highway, that's a big no-no when it comes to getting decent traffic flow in this game. And you have long streets with not a lot of crossovers from what I can tell, and lots of intersections.

So while yes the traffic system sucks, but you're also designing your city in such a way it compounds the problem.

An itersection was not causing the problem. As I said, the line to get into the space center was causing the whole disaster.

I'm not going to touch it till there's bigger maps and multiple roads for acces to your cities

Ah relax it is just the lovely Glassbox Engine that you get for requiring a server connection. Just trust the server to make sure all keeps running well, now your eyes feel heavier your eyelids feel heavier.. good go to sleep.

Seriously the game is just broken.

SC4 has it's ugh what now moments but this video reminds me why I sticked with SC4.
