Not exactly, no it does not. It did at one point but there was a definite 4chan / Anonymous split that happened around the end of the large scale public Anonymous protests. If you don't believe me, check the Encyclopedia Dramatica article "Moralfag".

What I find amazing is they can attack Anonymous for being "issue based." Yet here's /b/, now issue based.

Then again, what did they say... "When a man takes out his aggression on a cat, we laugh." I guess that's unless that man is Kenny Glenn.

I read alot about both of them but never there is any explenation about what or who they are. Any of your dear fellows that can explain it to me?

/b/ is a portion of 4chan, a website with anonymous users posting pictures and commentary.

/b/ is the "anarchy zone", I guess I'd tell you, because anything goes there. Lots of porn/feces/racism/hate there, but with a childish sense of glee and trolling.
