5 days HL2 mod

A mod for HL2 which was scheduled to be ready for all of us adoring fans approximately one year ago and which has now reached the status "blatently late."

I, for one, would really like to see 5 Days A Stranger in the Half Life 2 engine (done properly.) Has anyone heard anything about this project and if it is still alive or, perhaps, half-alive?

I heard rumour of this a while back... but nothing recently. (For those that don't know, 5DaS is one of Yahtzee's point and click adventure games [http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/5days/], which was being ported by a group of fans into the HL2 engine.

Ah, well, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I had read that Yahtzee was on the dev team for that particular mod as well, but as nothing has been updated for quite some time I fear we shall never see it.

I'm sure I saw on their website that they were either cancelling or taking a long break from working on it. Either way I do agree with you that it sounded interesting
