Dark Souls 1:
1.do some actual (weapon) balancing: way too many weapons/armors are fucking useless or just outclassed by other versions. magic is either lame or useless, there are barely any good, fun spells. make pyromancy/elemental weapons scale.
2.nerf backstabs.
3.expand the part after Anor londo, especially Izalith. was way too rushed/cut.
4.Fix multiplayer: no more boss-must-be-alive shit. no more shit ass netcode. find a way to punish cheaters.
5.Give covenants some love: way of white/princess guard is fucking useless, gravelord only works in NG+ and gives absolutely no feedback about infested worlds, chaos covenant feels halfassed covenant-items/spells are inconsistent: some work fine if you leave the covenant, some dont, some are weaker. overall they could need better rewards/more levels/goals.

a lot of dark souls' (and dark souls 2's) problems (at least when it comes to multiplayer) could be fixed by letting from soft only do the design stuff and leave balance and coding to people who actually know what theyre doing.

i'd also add 'actually explain game mechanics. it's retarded that so many parts of the mechanics are hidden and have only been revealed by accident', but since i know them now, it's not an issue anymore. wouldve been great for my first playthrough tho.

Payday 2:

1. Give XP rewards as you complete objectives like in Payday: The Heist, not at the very end. This game punishes you for failure way too harshly, and it's commonplace that forty-five minutes of effort can get completely nullified if you fail at the very end.
2. Reward the money secured as XP, again just like in Payday: The Heist. Now high-leveled players who don't need money will often times skip out on extra money oppurtunities because it's practically worthless compared to completing it.
3. Oh yeah, while I'm in that category, make money more useful. By the time you hit your first or second Infamy, you'll have all of your favorite modded out weapons, at which point money is worthless besides buying (cheap) mission assets, masks, or respeccing your skills. The only drain for money we have is offshore gambling, which means losing around 200 million dollars for something we could get in a quick Jewelry Store heist in about forty seconds.
4. Remove or revamp the card drop system. That aspect of randomness infuriates me, that I can play this game for around three hundred hours and never get my hands on a certain mod for my favorite gun. Move to achievement-based attachments like all the DLCs have, or make it so that the weapon mods you find are mods for the weapon that you used on the heist.
5. Rebalance weapons to be a little more viable and varied. There are too many weapons that are exactly like one gun but just better or worse (AK5 vs CAR-4, Interceptor 45 vs. Sig 40), and you're looking at a large library of weapons that never get pulled out unless it's for shits and giggles.
