Some of my choices may be controversial, but who cares?
1. Alice Cullen (she's a cute vampire who can see into the future, very useful. Did I mention she's cute?).
2. Daniel Faraday (of Lost, he tries to destroy the Island with a nuke, and knows about time travel, so he's the perfect spy and secret weapon).
3. Xervish Flydd (of Ian Irvine's Three Worlds Cycle, he's basically a really powerful mancer who can also make portals to most places, great for transport).
4. Alice (of American McGee's Alice, she'd be great in combat and she's a hot psychopath. Which I like.)
5. Mohinder Suresh (I'll need a team medic and scientist, and Faraday is only useful in that regard in the scientist capacity).
Plus myself, of course, and I'd use Suresh to create the serum that gives me powers and therefore give myself Peter Petrelli's powers (old, not new). Which basically means I'd be able to aqquire any power from anyone, which means I'd be unstoppable. So yeah, my team would kill everyone elses any day

To summarise - Alice Cullen for speed, stealth and intelligence; Faraday for spying and scientific research; Flydd for stealth and combat expertise; Alice for combat and speed/agility; Suresh for medical expertise and scientific research, plus the serum.
