PS: I'm having a glitch where if I try to read a topic I get a popup that says "failed to open page, aborting".

Me too! Are you using IE? I usually do, I'm on Safari right now. I hate being forced to use Safari.

I fixed it by switching to Firefox, but yeah, IE seemed to be the problem.

Every other site seems to be fine, I think it's something with the Escapist creating a problem for IE. I hope they fix it soon.

Would I steal a car, shoot somebody, or poop in a police mans hat or anything of the similar? No.

Anyway, he probably learned from watching his parents handling the wheel, and he probably learned the handling through video games. But that is still no reason to blame the video games.

What would be funny would be if someone made the video game equivalent of that guy saying: "Leave Britney alone!" on a Youtube video. Just exchange Britney with video games.

I bet the car had the automatic whatchyacallit (seriously, not a big fan of cars, don't even know what it's called in english) if it was manual, I doubt he'd make it... I tried driving a car with a manual whatchacallit when I was about 10, and it was hard.

On topic, while I go to church every Sunday, forcing someone to go like that, when they're willing to take a car and drive away at the age of 7? There's something more to that then not wanting to stop playing Xbox, kids, a lot more.

God I love how the media just jumps on the possibility of a video game causing kids to go insane. "Oh like GTA?" just the way she said it gave the impression that she had a bloody paper ready at the possibility of it being true. It could of been Need for Speed, GT, Forza M., Nascar, burnout. But they jump on GTA because it will give them controversy and press time.

Some reporter just threw it in to jump on the "Games-spoil-your-children" bandwagon, but even if that boy did play the game it did not teach him how to steal a car and drive it.

But yeah, kids that age should not play games that are not suited for them.
