Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK?!!? The dog was on a leash, with no way to escape. The boy wasn't attacked either, it was a tiny Pomeranian. (There like the size of a kitten) Since he is eight no charges will be laid, but this is the type of thing serial killers do starting off. I really don't know what to say about this.... What do you Escapists think his punishment should be since he is eight?

As far as his punishment goes I have no idea. I'm not qualified to deal out judgment, especially not to a kid. I duno, ground him...? Have a psychiatrist check on him every so often and report what they see to the police?

Just generally keep tabs on him I guess.
