90% Complete...

So, the other day I was going through my game collection and discovered 'Rogue Warrior,' and realised I never actually finished it. Upon reinstalling it I realised why.

But this brings me to the question of have there ever been any games you've never finished? And if so, why?

Saints Row and GTA 4.

But thats because I can only rent them for four days and I didn't have enough time.

I rented it, and had fun, but it wasn't good enough to buy.

Just around every game I've owned. Usually 100%ing a game means constantly replaying the game to find hidden items, doing a lot of side missions, and spending a lot of time online, or grinding. Usually a game isn't worth the time.

I rented it, and had fun, but it wasn't good enough to buy.

I felt that I owed it to SC Chaos Theory to complete the game, but it made me so sad (not in a boo hoo sense) so I regret it now.

I've probably only beat half of the games I own, and that's being fairly generous. I think it has something to do with the fact that I'm really picky about endings. If a story doesn't end perfectly, I get all pissed off, so I tend to avoid them.

I have recently vowed to finish all (or at least most of) my games anyway. We'll see how that goes...

GTA4. I've died several times on the final mission through bullshit methods like being hit by an RPG during a quicktime event. Plus, the PC version sucks and they don't care.

Okay, just to clarify by complete I mean at least finish the Single Player story line once. Few people can really get a 100% completion on every game, I think.

Donkey Kong Country, got 99% but don't know why I never could get 100%, I'm pretty damn sure I got every bonus level too!

GTA4, because it sucked. you cant even get the cops after you cause when you go around a corner they cant find you. and when you drive and hit something you go trew the window like someone shot you out of a canon, USE A SEATBELT ***HOLE

I've tried 2 times with saints row but its too buggy.

1. First time it kept crashing whenever i did the last mission for the brotherhood where you take over the ship so i deleted my save and went back a few months later and

2. I passed all the gang missions and was doing the ultor missions i got about 3 missions in, and now the start mission marker won't show up for the next mission so i gave up.
Also morrowwind, i've never finished the main storyline i just have too much fun.

alot of rpgs do that too me, at least they used too, Ive only beat a few final fantasy games altho Ive played most of them to almost the end

I suppose fallout 3 also, I got the expansion that increases the lvl cap but I havent been able to bring myself to really play more of it

The only games I've ever owned but never finished are:

Far Cry 2, because there was just too much padding.

Prince of Persia: The two Thrones, because I couldn't get past the motherfucking well of motherfucking ancestors.

Mechassault 2, because I can't beat the last boss.
