What are your feelings towards this nostalgic 90's cartoon movie? A.k.A The Anytown Show movie that has a bunch of classic cartoons in, it, I stumbled upon it the other day

Yup. The original Japanese broadcast ran from '89 to '96, while the first US runs lasted from 96' to 2003.

Unless you live(d) in Europe, particularly France or Spain (and their neighbours). In that case, you could've watched it as early as 1990.

Ah ok, sounds about right. It was always on in the mornings when I was getting ready for school, so sort of ended up watching it halfheartedly at first, then was genuinely getting up early to make sure I saw it
