Google has said that they do this.

If I remember right they've said they destroy the data once they get it.

It's amazing how much companies get away with these days. It's pathetic. I'm going to go out and live in the woods because privacy truly does not exist anymore. This is only going to get worse.

Good thing I am still using an ancient cell phone that isn't connected to anything. Something that I always found rather funny. I am always all about top of the line technology but yet I have not embraced mobile technology at all.

My only question about this is why on God's green Earth do any of you care?

What does it honestly matter if a computer reviews what people have done?

Has Google been sending all of this information to your entire contact list?

Do you think anyone who works for Google spends their entire day reviewing your information? (By this I mean you specifically, not the information as a whole.)

And what can they do with it later? Enjoy a chuckle at your expense or God Forbid market you a product that you may like based on what you have been browsing. Personally I see this as being a good thing over all, they can advertise what I might actually want to me and if they are looking through what is being done maybe they will catch some illegal activity in the process.
