Bethesda should make an "A Song of Ice and Fire" free roaming RPG.

That's it.
Fixed that for you.

OT: Bioware should make a good Mass Effect-universe game based on Garrus pre-Mass Effect 1.

If it doesn't count, how about Naughty Dog create a RPG? They're great at creating characters in the only series they've created (Uncharted) and it would be interesting to see them test their abilities outside of Nathan Drake.
Naughty Dog also made the Jak & Daxter games (or at least the core trilogy), all of which are fantastic.

OT: Honestly? I don't really want to see any of the more absurd combinations, but I would like to see a first-person stealth game (ala Thief) from Valve or a more traditional RPG from Supergiant Games.

Swery should take a shot at remaking the original Clock Tower. Yeah, an Italian team is remaking it as Remothered, but, while it looks interesting, it just looks like the original game done in the style of Clock Tower III. Looks cool, yes - interesting, maybe - new, no.

Obsidian should make a game based on The Wire (or a concept very similar to The Wire). Avellone has said he wants to do it. And I really want to see RPGs in realistic settings. Make it happen, fellas.

Bioware should make a Firefly game.

Look at mass effect, small ship filled with interesting crew members and a badass referred to as "shepard". Theyre halfway there already.

Valve should make an "Art" Game.

Art games, as they are usually identified as, tend to look at really cool things in innovative ways, but risk pretentiousness, horrible lack of polish, unrefined gameplay, devalued player agency and bugs. Good art games avoid some of these traps or embrace these potential problems as part of the aesthetic (Dear Esther devalues player agency, but in service to a tight narrative for example). Valve is innovative and experimental enough to think about a so called art game, and there rigerous and polished approach to AAA games would avoid all of those possible problems. Plus, it would be interesting to see an art game with serious production values, and Valves good will means the game would probably be somewhat successful financially.

I would like to see, if EA could stay the fuck out of it, DICE develop a zombie FPS.

The destruction phyics combined with being an FPS (and hopefully with an emphasis on headshots or leg-shots) would make for an awesome fucking system.

Really, any FPS that uses a good phyiscs-engine like Frostbite would be good for a zombie game.

I want to see Rare come back and make...well, anything that they would have done back in the late 90's.

Pipe-dreams aside, I think Volition should make a Death-Race style game. Or an M-Rated cart racer of some sort. With gratuitous amounts of destructible scenery and, vehicles.

Bioware should make a dating sim.

Smart, funny and suggestive dialogue is what the do best so make that the focus instead of them pretending they're making action games. Think Leisure Suit Larry... with a more charismatic protagonist of course.

I really like this idea. Its hard to propose another zombie game and have it sound interesting, but destructible barricades (maybe the zombies try to tear down your defenses) and realistic body physics would make it a lot more interesting than zombies-as-cannon-fodder-the-game. Kind of like a combination of Left 4 Dead, Minecraft (or any other building/resource game) and Dead Space.

^yup. Combined with a bit of Paradox's "Crusader Kings" series, methinks.

And how about Square Enix just makes Kingdom Hearts 3 already?

Square Enix should make a Kingdom Hearts MMORPG. It would, like, print money. I mean most Kingdom Hearts fans now have their own income to sign up for something like a MMORPG.
NOPE. NOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPE. Please god no. I've already had Kotor and The Elder Scrolls ruined by the MMO plague, please not Kingdom Hearts, my final bastion! D:

I'd like to see a good sandbox game from Blizzard.

I still can't decide if I would like a Bethesda Game of Thrones game or a BioWare one. I would like to wander all across the huge continent of Westeros Skyrim style and Bethesda would make a terrific experience out of it. Then again, the core of A Song of Ice and Fire is the intrigue, characters and the story so BioWare would be perfect. Too bad both companies decided not to do it even though they considered making a GoT game at some point in the past.

Bioware should make a modern day cop drama game, Mass Effect style.

Microïds should totally make a Syberia/Still life crossover!
This! Though a regular Syberia 3 would be terrific too.
