Ha HA! I have beaten it! They have no clue who Nkechi Ka Egenamba is! Ha!

To be fair, they even had Yuzu from Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor and Crowley from Good Omens. It was a tough match.

I stumped it with a couple CFL players (Ricky Ray and Anthony Calvillo). Problem is that theyre both on the list. But Akinator cant seem to get around the concept of them being Americans that reside in America, but play in Canada. Also, after the 2nd and sometimes 1st guess, itll ask about stuff it should already know. Well after i established hes a football player its asking me about if he sings, and non-football questions.

Search bar approved, this beauty has cropped up on 4chan the past for nights. Don't worry, it's completely safe and SFW. My apology to those who are familiar with it.

We've all pictured the future, and they usually involve extremely smart computer programs running very specific searches for us, rather than trusting Google. So the question is what dos this lovely site mean for that? Think it could be the first step in a new breed of search engine? Think it could be the first step in anyhting in particular? Think it's just one hellova time sink?

Also, as a side note, did it guess your character? I've done it 3 times, Kyle Katarn, Gregor Eisenhorn and Ciaphas Cain... It's managed all 3. I'm about to give Ibram Gaunt a shot.

Hmm, The Escapist seems to have undone/never done my previous 2 edits? Well they basically re outlined the idea. Not AI, but a step forward for the likes of search engines and possible VIs as ME would call them.
this isnt AI, this is a simple tree structured database. every time you eliminate 1 possibility, you eliminate 50% of the choices. from there on out it's easy to narrow it down.

It failed Alec Mason from RF:G. I thought it had it one point, though, asked me if he had a hammer.

Seen that before... its just basically "20 Questions" but it asks you to add names and crap if it doesnt guess what you picked.

EDIT: Hehe, it guessed "George W. Bush" after it asked "Did your character get elected twice?" and I answered no! XD

Totally got it right.

This thing is so amazing. Guess it got right:

Charles Widmore (Lost)

Berta (Two and a Half Men)

Angel (Dexter)

Conrad Freakin' Verner (Mass Effect)

Harbinger (I guess I shouldn't be surprised after it got Verner)

I did not get "That Douchebag Salarian From Noveria in Mass Effect" (which is fair, because I couldn't even remember his name.) my creative writing teacher (It was worth a shot) and the Elcor Diplomat from Mass Effect 1. Although it did guess "Elcor", but it was talking about the race as a whole.

It didn't get Ellen from The Quick & The Dead.

But it did get... Well... Everything else, really.

Are you sure the question wasn't "Should your character have been elected twice?"

My word, I'm impressed! It acutally guessed I was thinking of Cohen the Barbarian on its 3rd attempt.

Edit: But apparently differentiating between Etzio Auditore and Altair is too much for it, heh.

Edit2: No, wait, it got it now. Wow.

The thing guess comander shepard and the lone wanderer, two very vague, very changeable characters correctly. I'm shocked.

I am sure as elect is to select by vote and he wasnt, thus he was not elected twice.
