A Breaking World ((Chapter 2: An Enlightened Path))

The snake was able to help Alicia and the others to progress closer to Evela as he was conjuring some type of spell. Alicia was hoping that he whatever he was doing, he would do it faster as she felt the intense heat of the meteor already, not wanting to dare look up. Finally, after what seemed like forever,at least to her, Evela finished using his spell as a eery white mist surrounded them and a black hole formed below them.

"Not another creepy hole!" protested Alicia, not wanting to go down but seeing the current circumstances, she was eager to go in and so she did, being pushed into the rift by the holy demon. Alicia fell face first down against the soft grass when she fell down. Unfortunately, Everret, who she continued carrying, was now crushing her by his weight. "Can you get off of me please!?" she yelled ,her voice being muffled by the ground

Everetts question was not answered.The snake came and helped everyone in need. He was more concerned about evela, however. he had just made yet another huge hole in the ground, and everyone was being sucked in.

Everett and alicia fell into the hole. When they appeared again, he was laying on top of alicia. She tolled him to get of, so he rolled aaway from her and sat up. He blushed slightly and appologized to her. He could still not stand up however.

"What's going on evela? Did my spears hit? if they didn't i'm going to be a new level of angry!"

Evela waved away the question and continued to lay on the ground. "The Enlightened should be only a few minutes down there" he raised his arm and pointed to his south, his arm shook as he did. "I would appreciate if someone helped me there, but if you can't, I suggest we wait here a while."

Jason shook his head, he had landed rather hard on the roots of a tree. He stood up, looking around at the others. He noticed Evela in the center of the clearing, he looked pretty bad, his arm was shaking.

Jason turned around, looking South. He could just faintly make out the top of a large tower. Jason sighed, sitting down with his back to a tree and looking around the clearing.

"I will help you Evela." Repel said
"At this point I'm not going to question his magic."

"Also, who is the unconscious girl?"

damn it! He better answer my questions.

"Seriously evela, what happened? i don't know if you noticed, but i was unconciouse during most of the battle!"

As Evela was being helped up, he shrugged, "I don't know, but she is safe... Well... Safer..." he hobbled up to try and stand on his own. But as he began to fall, Muhnat came to help him up. "You saved our lives, I suppose I could help you walk."

As he limped away with Muhnat towards the tower in the distance, he answered Everett's question, "And I don't know if you realised but I am now half dead from saving your lives twice in a row." he said between gasps of breath.

Muhnat kept holding him as they walked, "The Demon got pissed, it decided to unleash a final attack. I had seen it once before, it wiped out an entire army. Not a pleasant attack." he answered Everett.

"Thanks..." Groaned Alicia after Everret got off of her. She stood back up and dusted herself off, still dazed and shooken up by the fall. Alicia turned to see where there destination was, and was glad that it wasn't too far away. At the moment, she didn't want to go anywhere yet but seeing as they were so close, it was probably the best thing to do.

"I'm pretty sure the term 'not pleasant' is an understatement, considering how huge that thing was." she said towards Evela.

"Hmmm...sounds pretty big. Why did you bother with me alicia? I'm gatefull and everything, but confused at the same time. You hate me." Everett laid down flat and closed his eyes.

Alicia softly growled in irritation at Everett's question, especially since he was asking too many.
"Blame my 'good' side, alright? Sheesh.Like you actually need a good reason to help someone."

"Like you need a good reason? Like i said, you hate me. both sides of you. You should've just left me. i don't want to live anymore. i'm just waiting to find wildrus."

NorthernWind let himself down and torn the remaining parts of his shirt off, shredding it into ribbons. He gritted his teeth and prodded at the two burn wounds. Each had opened and were bleeding badly. No bone damage, just flesh. He began to bandage it with the rippons of his shirt. ...The last thing I need is for these to get infected...

He felt his leg, his ankle was sprained, but there wasn't much he could do about it.

North looked up, "You two can quit complaining, we're all stuck in this together..."

"North... do you need any proper bandages?" Jason asked, watching as North bandaged himself up with strips from his clothing. Jason grabbed his own bandage pack from inside his bag and held it up, waiting for North's response.

"DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!" Everett shouted to North, drawing his knife. He shoved it intoh the ground with all his force.

I can't believe it. I hate people so very much and yet i'm stuck with a group of people who either hate me, or i hate them. DAMN IT!

I am going to a new hotel for a day. I am not going to fly back home on friday the 13th. Will be back sunday.

"This isn't my day at all" Laurence groaned before getting up. "Did I die and go to heaven?" Looking around and seeing a half naked Guaki "If this is heaven, then I am screwed."
Feeling a weird sensation on his back, Laurence touches it. With the adreneline having word of, Laurence let out a shriek of pain before passing out of the pain.

"what the hell?" evrett sais sitting up to see laurence shriek and collapse, "Laurence? are you ok?" he laid back down and closed his eyes.

NorthernWind waved him off, "No thanks, I've had to use less before. I'm fine."

He stumbbled up, and felt his claws begin to itch, stepping towards Everett.
A thought hit him from the old days, and he kept his claws in, Better to have willing loyality than demand submission.
He stepped forward, putting a paw up and pointing at the knife with the other.
"Oi, sheath your weapon..'for a drawn weapon demands blood..." He bit his lip, trying to remain calm,
"Whatever your problem is, get over before you get us all killed."

"You guys are giving me a headache..." Kyu-Ya groaned. He plopped on the ground an noticed a stabbing pain in his foot and it felt warm. He examined his foot and found a nice sized stick lodged in his foot.

"Look at that, didn't feel it at all 'til now." Kyu-Ya laughed, "Hurts like hell though..."

"SCREW YOU NORTH! I'll do what i want with my knife!" Everett was at his limit. it was impossible for someone like him to stay calm, with so many people around him. some of them weren't even people and that just made things worse. usually, he liked animals.

"Everett calm down... we are stuck together, at least until Evela brings us back to life, so we all have to deal with each other." Jason said, looking over at Everett while putting his bandages back.
