Niall Eremon and Ursula Macklin from Infinite Space (DS game).

I had no sympathy for Ursula just because I kill her lover and it's her own fault for not telling him in the first place ( quite frankly they should of run away together if they really love each other). I just laugh and her fail attempt to get revenge on me.

Eremon had it coming for what he did to Nia and for his arrogant and it was complete retribution when it came for Yuri (the main chracter) to kill him.

Gary was the best character in the game.

Hell, I'd say he's one of the best characters Rockstar's ever made.

OT: Just today I was finally able to kill Cesar from Cesar's Legion in Fallout: New Vegas. That bloody prick gave me a hard time.

Midna from Twilight Princess, even though she didn't actually die she might as well have because at on part she has a near-death experience and afterwards she suddenly becomes a lot nicer and less annoying.
For a better example anyone of the many MANY people who dies in Final Fantasy III because I loved the music that plays whenever someone dies in that game, probably the only good thing about it.

The Human Noble from the city elf origin in DOA, god no one could've been more annoying then him. He had the smug laugh, tries to rape your bride and friends, I took GREAT pride when I decapitated him.

Conversely, playing as a human noble: storming Arl Howe's castle is very, very cathartic.

Obvious spoiler: Ash from Mass Effect. I couldn't press that dialogue button fast enough. I kept hearing about this hard decision you had to take in the game, but for me it was friggin easy. Yes, I have no heart.

I was really at a disadvantage. I used Ashley as my soldier throughout the game (which made me hate her even more) and I needed her especially because she had just killed Wrex (I think she knew what lay ahead and was watching out for her own ass). I wanted to kill her sooo bad. I truly enjoyed Kaidan, yet I needed to keep Ash alive for my party setup.
