Benny from New Vegas. Gunned him down in the casino along with his bodyguards. I wasn't in the mood to listen to his proposal after spending ages trekking through the Mojave to reach him.

Nobody shoots me in the head and gets away with it.

Oh, and Colonel Volgin [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CompleteMonster] from Metal Gear Solid 3.
You should have waited, you could've crucified him.

Sullivan in DR2... Hated that guys' guts right from the start!

... Epic way to die too... Shame Capcom insists on putting action sequences in the cutscenes.

When I first played FFVII, I was elated to witness Aerith killed because of mydislike of her at the time. The constant whining on forums and etc was the primarily reason, since I knew it would irritate people.

Nanami from Suikoden II fell under a similar category. Her perpetual whining for you to forgive Jowy became tiresome by the third mention and I relished her removal from my party. My dislike of both characters has swapped with age, although they have their "... I wish you would die" moments.

Mass Effect has a number of characters I fancy putting a bullet in. That one dude that pops up if Shepard is Earthborn comes to mind. Surprising, I fancied both Kaiden and Ashley, enough that Liara would have received the "rot on this planet while I leave a nuke on it." ... you all collectively hate me now, aye? :p

For me there was never ever a time when I felt regret killing Morinith in Mass Effect 2. She deserved it, completely. She was a murderer, a psychopath and she took pleasure in killing and hunting innocent people. When I saw the mother crying for her dead daughter, I knew I wasn't going to let Morinith live another day.

EDIT: Also to all the people badmouthing Ashley from Mass Effect, I will be calm for now but just so you know there is a wall of text brewing in me the likes of which cannot be imagined.

Not at all, actually I consider Ashley my favorite female character in Mass Effect and it always hurt having to leave Kaiden on Virmire. It's always nice to know I'm not the only one.

I also agree with you on Liara, while she does harden up and get better in later games, in the first one I just couldn't stand her.I didn't like having this shy, naive, awkward semi teenage girl wandering around in what was supposed to be an epic sci fi action story.

I was even less thrilled to find that she was into me. My Shepard needs a lady of action and strength, not just some shy fangirl.

So yeah I picked Ashley over Liara and were it not for her importance to the story I would have just given Liara three hundred bucks, sent her off to the Citadel with the single objective of:
"Make a life for yourself."
Then gone on with my mission.

I didnt do this, but when The Spoony One finished the mission in SWAT4 with the giant fertilizer bomb, his reaction to the dead bodies of the children at the end was awesome.

The Human Noble from the city elf origin in DOA, god no one could've been more annoying then him. He had the smug laugh, tries to rape your bride and friends, I took GREAT pride when I decapitated him.
Conversely, playing as a human noble: storming Arl Howe's castle is very, very cathartic.
None of that can top being a Dwarf Noble. Bhelen (Your younger brother) has been pulling everyones strings from the beginning. He has your older brother killed, frames you for it, you get exiled, your dad can't deal with the stress and dies. Everything is perfectly set up for him to become king, but you throw a monkey-wrench in all his perfectly laid plans by coming back as a Grey Warden. At the end the master-planner just loses it and attacks, at which point you get such a wonderful catharsis.
Damn. Ninja'd.
Not played the city elf origin yet, but I wholeheartedly agree with the human noble one.
Dwarf noble tops the lot, however, as I really felt for my character + Gorim. Probably one of the most compelling and immersive sections of game/story ever. Beheading Bhelen in the throne room was better than sex.

"Guess who got promoted to god damn dam god." I should of killed him then and there, but I didn't. I still hate his guts.

Kaidan/Ashley.

Both were whiny, annoying sycophants with ridiculous angsty problems that should more reasonably have prevented them from serving aboard the ship with the most elite human operative in existence. The space racism subplot with Ashley was downright painful and Kaidan didn't even have a subplot - he just had obnoxious moping.

I was less sad that one had to die and more sad that both couldn't be easily killed off.
I really disliked both of them, too. It's funny how the two human squadmates in that game were the least interesting characters.

I think my most satisfying kill would be... anyone and everyone in Fallout 3. It's very satisfying to eliminate one of the many Complete Monster characters in the game, but it's just as much fun to go on a murder spree and destroy everything that looks at you funny.

That game seems custom-built to bring out psychotic tendencies in the average gamer.

Hunters in Half Life 2. I enjoy hitting their corpses with my crowbar repeatedly.
The best thing is realizing you can run them over with your car.
Also, killing them for the first time, like you said, was extremely satisfying, especially while yelling,"DON'T MESS WITH ALYX, *****!!!"

Bowser in Mario 64. You swing him around by his stubby little tail and fling him into bombs repeatedly, and when you're done he folds into himself like the house from Poltergeist before exploding. Then the princess gives you cake.
