Rusty was still sitting in the bar, holding his vodka bottle when he found himself being alone in the bar. The others, whom apparently were deadmen as well, judging from their conversations, had taken off pretty quickly- chasing this guy called Jimmy. He decided to wait, thinking they would probably take him back to the bar, so he wouldn't miss anything.

I'm guessing from the barkeep's silence he has told us all he was supposed to and I should go outside and check on Jimmy Boy?
Hmmm, would bringing him into the bar cause a ruckus?....I smell bar fight!
John Doe, nodded to the other deadmen he recognized were deadmen in the bar. He then turned back to the barkeep, "Do you have an answer for that tip? I'd really like to settle everything with Jimmy outside the bar if at all possible."
"Thank you kindly, I will be back for some more of the house special. It is quite delicious." Then going to the others in the bar he told them, "I believe we are here for the same reason, finding out what happened. Let's go outside and see if we can get some more information straight from the source." John do then walked outside after downing his drink with a satisfying sigh and walked outside with his hands in his pockets whistling, what he would call, an old splendid tune.
As John Doe walked out of the bar he turned and saw everyone walking up to the bar. "Hey Jimmy! How ya doing? Still in one piece I see," he gave a little wink to Impaler and Sheath, "that must mean you'd be willing to talk to us, which I personally am grateful for, I'll buy you a drink afterwards. Now I'm sure we all have some questions to ask you, but first I was wondering, who do you think sent us for you?" He then whispered, "If you want to talk privately I'm sure we could find a place although being next to a bar just means I can buy you that drink faster."
I think we look menacing don't we? A chocoholic, a sheriff, and someone dressed in a kimono, most definately!
Rusty exited from the bar just to see the others return with Jimmy being pulled along.
"Looks like I missed the fun."
Then he saw their surprised faces. "You can call me Dusty, and if my assumptions are right you are my kind of people? Literally."

"I'm not saying he did or didn't but let's go in. One house special on me, but you do need to tell us why you think we were sent by him."
I'm trying to be ambiguous, is working? I wish I had stats, I just rolled a 15 on a d20, does that get me anything?
Fear crept back into Jimmy's eyes as he walked in with them and they sat at a table in the back. "Marcus paid our gang a lot of money to make him a bunch of high grade explosive charges, my brother was a bomb tech in the army a few years back, it was so much money we didn't ask what he needed them for. But after the Embassy went down Mike knew that it was what Marcus wanted the bombs for so he went to talk about it with him, and Marcus had him killed, he had my brother fucking killed. That's what I'm so worried about I don't want that to happen to me."
