Norway: This country is the only country I know that prevents two neighbor countries from looking like a man's genitals. Sweden and Finland should be grateful.

Portugal: The food is so good.
Oh but we are. Or at least I am.

OT: Finland: Great education. Sweden: I like the attitude people have there.

In less than 50 years we turned from a fascist police-state that killed people for there religion into one of the most democratic, tolerant and wealthiest countries of the world. That's pretty admirable.
You forgot to say were you're from.

We're allowed to bash our country all we want without fear of punishment, under all circumstances. Say what you want about our military or "gun-toting bible-thumping rednecks," what makes us great IMO is that in America you can be and say anything.

The USA invent things, travel to moon, pushed our human civilization, and they brought Germany Democracy and wealth.

My country:
Germany is some kind of Social Democracy. I am thankful!

Australia: We are a very fair and tolerant country, despite some 'news' programs such as Today Tonight and A Current Afair.

My country, America: We have bacon cheeseburgers. I know they're disgusting, and I know they're making my country incredibly fat, and I KNOW the cows/pigs that they're made of are farmed in shitty conditions but DAMNIT, they are fucking delicious.

UK: Dr. Motherfuckin' Who, of course!

Denmark: Absolute freedom, as long as you don´t accept any government checks.
(In you do, they really do own you)
Also, lovely girls, beautiful scenery and good beers.
Has more than a bit in common with the Shire.

UK: Love the language, some slang phrases just has me rolling on the floor :)
also: Cider, fish&Chips, Pie and you have a very interesting history.
(Sorry about the invasions;
it really did get a bit out of hand in that 9th century, didn´t it? :)

USA: It is rather difficult to find a country so varied in landscape and people and customs. Life as a Mainer (?) is much different than that of a Texan, and if anything happens, you know at least person from all 50 of your beautiful states will be there unified as one waving the flag of the free.

Canada (my home): There really is too much to say about the country I live in, I love it, I love every minute of living here, from the clean fresh mountain air to the crisp days in autumn sitting around with the one you love just watching the sunset. I really is the true north strong and free, some days i think about travelling to Europe but I know I could never live there, I love my home far too much. I realize the next guy is probably going to regret me writing so much but if one person reads this and decides to visit Canada, I will feel my role as a proud Canadian citizen will be fulfilled. Happy Day-After-Canada-Day Everyone!

Canada: It's the only part of the American continent that's ever really appealed to me as a holiday destination. It seems different, but sane. If that makes sense.

Belgium (mine): Excellent fries. And no one seems to care much about anything - in a good way, that is.

There are very few places in the world that are as pleasant as the English countryside on a warm summer evening.

Fields + lanes + decent car/bike + setting sun + stopping at a countryside pub for refreshments = heaven.

And the USA for my answer to the above - well, even at the age of 32, I still really really want to go to the theme parks in Orlando. So, rollercoasters, America is amazing for them!!

EDIT - To add to the above, America has another awesome thing. For $2500, I could fly across the Atlantic to Denver, transfer to a small airfield by taxi and then go up in one of only five two-seater Spitfires in the world.

That's the shitty thing about England, the rich people have all the best toys and are unwilling to share them. Selfish arseholes!

My country US: There is always something for you. I would rather just go around the country than sit in one spot.

UK: A lot of bands I like come from there.
