I tend to ignore a lot of things in MMORPGs, & yeah, it says I'm a lazy impatient gamer with a fukkit approach to things.
*Events.
*PvP quests.
*Arenas.
*Dungeons (until I can solo them).
*Fishing (It's just soul crushingly boring).
*Crafting, unless it's fast & better than loot drop & quest gear.
*Dailies & repeatable quests.
*Guilds & raids.
*Player housing, if there's a rental fee.
*Buffs.
*Potions, if sitting heals fast enough.
*Escort missions, unless they're an unsinkable quest.
*Achievements & fame.
*Enchanting & upgrading anything, unless it has a 100% success rate.
*Chain attacks, unless mastery of the first 3 skills is so limited it becomes a hindrance.
*Party quests.
*Chat.
*Grenades & traps.
Single player RPGs:
*Romance & casual sex (I quite enjoy sabotaging the characters relationships).
