I really think a WWI game would be interesting. However the game I think would be really cool is a game that not only has Guerrilla in the title but one that lets you actually play as one. I.E: using stealth and sabotage to defeat a numerically and technologically superior force, in other words everything Red Faction Guerrilla wasn't.

Or a game where you play as a gorilla using guerrilla tactics?

Maybe a game where you both play as and fight gorillas, using only the power of your fists and a chainsaw.

Seriously game developers, when will I get a sandbox game set during the French Revolution? I want a game where I can capture Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette and put them in the guillotine.

Incidentally, The Saboteur looks pretty good, though if they won't let me free climb both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, I am going to be super pissed.

A game you might be interested in (that has a setting that's probably as close as you're going to get to the French revolution) would be Assassin's Creed II.
It's sandbox, you get to kill people in the most unspeakable ways imaginable, and you meet some pretty influential charaters in history.
