Sacrifice - 3rd person game which Overlord blatantly ripped off only that Sacrifice had a unique gameplay style (u had to think what mobs u were summoning to aid u and u grew in power)

Rage of mages - seriously ? no one ? look it up embrions!

Populous: The Beginning. I had fun with it, even if the scaling was a little...erm...Old British/European style (I can't remember where it was all used but I know England used to do it).

I had Sacrifice. It was fun but always struck me as pretty glitchy.

And I loved Populous: The Beginning. Summoning a volcano in the middle of another tribe's town was one of life's little joys.

someone else has heard/played sacrifice?! crazy, while the game definitely wasn't without it's faults, it really was totally different and unique, something that I loved about it. In addition to the sense of humor it had

can you say Gundam Battle Assault?
I still have that =D One of the best fighting games ever
OT: Seventh Cross Evolution, a great game for the dreamcast in which you made the ultimate creature out of different body parts, traveled through an open world and killed increasingly tough enemies, an awesome RPG...

Parasite Eve - I thought it was OK but I didn't finish it.
R6 PS1 was cool
Tactics Advance was way too easy for me.

I'll say Chrono Cross, much better than Trigger, cool battles and colorful. Amazing game.
oh man you thought chrono cross was better than trigger?! i mean don't get me wrong i beat cross and loved it but i make it a point to play trigger once every year. i love that game soooooo much.

Stratos was the greatest God there was in that game: he was an smug bastard but he was so blatantly open about it that I loved that character! I still play that game from time to time, it's relaxing because it's different than all the poo/ash coloured fps or the standard rts model which these days seems to be about not building goddamn bases which I miss.

EDIT: Iron Blood - sidescroller robo-punching game aaaaaand Rayman 2

ROLLCAGE.

Well I only ever played Rollcage Stage 2, but still. It was cool and I've never heard of it since.....

One of my favourites was Abuse for the PC. A cool side scrolling shooter using both keyboard and mouse. Although now it's an app for the iPhone so people might start finding out about it.
