Kotor was good for one replay; two in total.
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. It was good for three or four playtroughs, just to experience the odd vampire backgrounds and explore all the multiple endings.
Mass Effect 1 & 2: Paragon and Renegade
Diablo 2: I played through with Barbarian, Paladin, Necromancer and Sorceress. The other classes weren't really all that appealing.
I've decided to give Dragon Age: Origins a second go sometime soon.

I played Mass Effect 2 6 times or so, once for each class. It's a 30+ hour campaign so that's about 180+ hours of gameplay. I did the same with Fallout 3, but for 200+ hours at least. Just Cause 2 kind of, but really that was just 173 hours of awesomeness and I only played through twice. Pretty much any single player game with classes or heavy sandboxing (Crysis 1 is heavy sandboxing, Crysis 2 is like medium sandboxing and STFU I know it isn't a word). Actual sandbox games don't actually have replay value though, because you just play through once or twice and spend most of the time messing about.

Morrowind and Oblivion have the most hours put into it,
Borderlands is up there with 257 hrs (though oddly enough i don't really like the game itself that much)
after that Left 4 Dead 2 is at 146hrs (great replay ability)
the original Witcher I've clocked in 123 hrs
aaand the mass effect games are also in the 100+ range (i think ive played through the first one 7 times now..)

It also helps me get my mind off of Skyrim, so that's a plus too.

Just listing games.
Minecraft
Daggerfall/Morrowind/Oblivion
Metroid
Chrono Trigger
Pokemon (Considering they release the same game every time but I always buy and play them obsessively)
Dwarf Fortress (oh yes)
Just Cause 2
Any Rogue like

I of course have not listed any multiplayer game because that would be cheating

Oblivion, Fallout, and New vegas.

If KOTOR didn't take 38 hours to just get through one play through I'd play it more.

For immediate replayability, something in the sandbox-RPG genre (Fallout 3, New Vegas, Oblivion, etc.) is always fun as the approach you take can vary each playthrough (though my experience is that there's frequently an optimized approach to the early portions of the game and/or levelling that drains a bit of fun in exchange for the ability to trounce enemies)

If you're looking at long-play type games, you're hard pressed to beat Nippon Ichi's releases, especially in the Disgaea series.

Alternatively, there are short-play games like Prototype and Dead Rising that are just great fun to kill time in.

Ultimately, though, when I think "replay value" I'm actually considering whether or not I'd want to sit though a game again, start to finish at a later date, and I really like a number of JRPGs for that. For instance, to me Chrono Trigger, Suikoden II, Final Fantasy VI, and Lost Odyssey are like favorite books. Sure, you know what's going to happen and it'll take a while to get through, but every now and then it's great to relive it.

Well personally Persona 3 and 4. HYPER catchy battle music making grinding a breeze, EXTREMELY long game that ENCOURAGES replay. XD Those games are still lasting me a long time.

Mass Effect, KotOR 1, Halo Reach, Bayonetta, and Dragon Age Origins. I've spent countless hours playing those games. They are some of my favorites.

Sadly, once I have played a game, I know pretty much the whole thing off by heart for years. The only games I can replay are ones I really enjoy and/or that aren't heavily plot based.

Left 4 Dead 2 is the only game I have found so far that I never get bored of, and I keep going back to it.

Garry's mod can be pretty much any game you want it to be, so I have racked up 3203 hours of total play time over 3 years. Funnily enough I've gotten sick of it now.

Over and over till' memorized huh? I have a couple of titles ^^

Most recently, Mass Effect 2. I just can't get enough! On my 14th playthrough now with at least one more planned ^^

Others include Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, Super Street Fighter IV and Neverwinter Nights. Played each of those titles to death...
