I've played Silent Hill 2 10 times, and I'm quite familiar with it. Map layouts, dialogue, where to find items, etc.

I don't much care for replay value unless we're talking multiplayer games

I don't really read books more than twice, or watch a movie more than twice.

I've replayed Freelancer over and over and over again. Seriously, that game is getting buried or cremated with me.

Saints Row 2 and endless possibility's of what you could do (or blow up)

Fallout 3 or New Vegas the world is huge so there lots to see and do.

and Tales of Symphonia as I have sinked 200 plus hours into playing it. It is the largest RPG I have ever played and I have beaten it over 5 times.
yeah tales has a shit ton of replay in it if only for the fact that if you play it long enoth and get enoth grade you can kick the main bosses ass in the mid game:) so rewarding.

Taking only singleplayer into account;

Fallout: New Vegas
Dynasty Warriors 4
Dynasty Warriors 5 + Xtreme Legends
Samurai Warriors 2 + Xtreme Legends
Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction
Destroy All Humans!
Destroy All Humans! 2
Dawn of War and expansions

Team Fortress 2

Anything that has no singleplayer story and I've played for over 600 hours has to have replay value.

I think Just Cause 2 and Halo: Multiplayer have the highest replay for me right now.
Holy shit I was about to say Oblivion or Pokemon, but then I read your post and realised I should be saying Just Cause 2.

Mount & Blade Warband. It takes forever to finish the game just once x.x At least if you participate in every battle.

Morrowind. You will be lost in it. And if you get bored of the storyline Bethesda made up, you can easily download a mod that completely recreates the world with a new story, the replay value to me is infinite.

Edit: It also helps me get my mind off of Skyrim, so that's a plus too.
me too i just didnt mod i opened command console turned on god mode and 3000 speed and agility killed three random citizens then jumped across the map

Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

or

Super Mario World

Word of warcraft. And Pokemon. Even if I completed to 100% all pokemon till perla, I can't say the same for WOW. But my brother have learned where are any quest object for the majority of the quest, so it make me feel ok with the month of logged time that I spent on it.
