I know everything about the Rogue class in WoW, most of Super Smash Bros (the series), all of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, and an unreasonable amount of info about Age of Empires 1 and 2, and Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and 4. Working on TF2.

edit: reporting my double post for deletion, thank you.

Fallout 1, 2 and 3, Warcraft 3 and Frozen Throne, Mass Effect, TES IV: Oblivion, I usually have the tendency to know everything about a game that I am playing, but I don't even try, it's natural, try, ask me something about those games. (whether about the "lore" or in-game stuff)

dota/heroes of newerth/civilization/fallout 1/2/tactics/any other game i've played. while i'm not an encyclopedia on games, i do have a very rational outlook on how to get things done. and usually (read: always), it works.

All BioWare games post BG II: ToB. I've only played BG II and its expansion once so there's no way I've seen and/or done everything.

And also probably FFVII simply because I've played it about five times or so.

I have an issue with the word "everything"
You would only know literally everything if you were there when the game was being made. And even then, you'd be missing some points.
Sorry...pet peeve.

Anyway.
What's the fun in knowing most everything about a game anyway?
There are too many out there to simply learn the ins and outs of every single little detail in one, single game. So many games. So little time.

Just my opinion.

Golden Sun: The Lost Age ... you get to know pretty much everything when you complete a game over 10 times :p

There are 2 games that I know everything about. God of War and Project: Snowblind. I know every enivironment, every line of dialogue, every item and weapon drop, every enemy spawn points, practically everything. I knew every boss attack, every counter, every strategy. Nothing was unknown to me. What about you? Any game that you know so well, it's second nature?
I remember Project: Snowblind! Good game that, for myself though, I'm probably the only person in the world who understands the plot for Omega Boost. Not only that, but I have memorised every single level and how to beat it in that.

As long as we're not going into who programmed this and who designed that, I know a heck of a lot about Team Fortress 2 and both the Left 4 Dead games.
Doesn't mean I'm any good at them, mind you.

I pretty much know every level from most Sonic games on the Mega Drive, starting from Sonic 1 (but probably not counting the last few levels of that) and ending at Sonic & Knuckles. I pretty much could imagine my way through Sonic & Knuckles.

You must have an amazing memory or an amazing amount of free time if you can totally memorize a game (made in the last decade or whatever).

The closest I get is probably with Super Smash Bros. Melee.

My Friend can play those games blindfolded... Literally... he even went to "The Sonic Olympics" Last year
