Microsoft One works great, when I installed it on my grandmothers virus infested computer it wiped everything out, though the adware made some kind of last stand when it started taking everything down by filling my screen with ads, though I was victorious i the end! =D

I have just one very important tip on that:

Don't take your computer's word for it if it says it's infected if you didn't download anything, and don't go downloading anything that claims to be an anti-virus afteward.

learned that the hard way myself.

I found AVG (full internet suite) to be the worst thing ever, i used to love it. Being able to switch it off from the taskbar meant that i could go and play heavy resource intense games quite happily and just whack it back on at the end. Then version 9 came out and sweet mary jesus mother of barbera i tried loading into a game of HoN and didnt have the system resources left to make it past the loading screen.
might give avast a go or kapersky, AVG is just bloatware now.
