Oh dear god no. Sorry but Guild Wars is just awful. There are no people out of towns unless they are in your party and even worse is that every good weapon has to be bought, boss drops are nearly useless.Omnific One said:

Dungeon Fighter Online (DFO, as stated before) is actually a blast.
It's - get this - an MMO in which you have to actually press buttons to hit things instead of clicking and waiting!

Slightly less bitter about MMOs: If you like old games like Final Fight and other assorted side-scrolling beat-em-ups, you'll enjoy it if not at least for the nostalgia factor. (Nostalgia shaded goggles are nice sometimes.)
Otherwise, it may not be your thing.
