A good name for a bar

Or a restaraunt. Or a cafe. Or, you know, whatever. If you owned any kind of eating and/or drinking establishment, how would you call it?

I could probably be seen as an owner of following:

- a stereotypical diner/bar in Oireland, named "Uncle Kelly's Pot O' Potatoes" (no offense to actual Ireland intended).
- a spaceport-cafe located on the moon of a gas giant, named "Orange Sky Canteen".
