Most armored vehicles would be defenseless against that rifle.

As for Seras...

A moving target at 600 meters, a hall full of ghouls, and covering Integra when Anderson was threatening her. She held one of the valentine brothers in a choke hold and cleared another hall of ghouls therein protecting the round table, after she immolated an entire floor of the armored ghouls with the harkonnen. She held the dandy man at bay while Alucard was finishing his battle transformation.

Useless is she?

Edit: And she defused a battle between Anderson and Alucard in the museum!
