Hard Boiled, a Jon Woo film. Nothing manlier.

Edit:Ninja'd
Damn straight you were ninja'd!

OT: Also, dead alive. Not because of the characters, but because of the gore. You have to be a man to watch that film. Seriously, so much blood, so much. Body parts every where, intestines, mysterious liquid, horrible gurgling, lawn mower massacre, so much gore...so much.

Yeah, goriest movie ever.

Despite what you said I feel obligated to say Fight Club. Other than that I'd reccomend Saving Private Ryan, 300, Gladiator and Black Hawk Down.

Hmm, Hot Fuzz has been suggested already (one hell of a badass ending!) I'm not sure if V for Vendetta counts. It might, there are some nice fight scenes.

That "Crank" movie might count. So bad it's good, and lots of people going splat. Also, that one with the guy who played Qui-Gon (blanking on the name right now) where he has to rescue his daughter from french kidnappers. I think it's called Taken.

Con Air.

The single manliest line of dialogue ever uttered in the history of mankind is in this movie.

Put... the bunny... back... in the box.

Also, there's From Dusk till Dawn. It has everything needed of a manly movie: Violence, guns, strip clubs, old school vampires, and Quentin Tarantino.

And if you're a badass American, the only film you need is Patton.

Oh, and fucking The Warriors. Which is apparently getting a long over due remake.

The Clint Eastwood "Man with no name" trilogy, the most famous of which would be 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly'. Or the 'Mad Max' films.
