A moment in a video game when you did something awesome...but no one was around to see it

I had an epic sniping weekend on TF2 the highlight being on the last level of dustbowl on the defending team just as the gates dropped at the start got 3 headshots in 3 seconds of the people charging me. For me I found that freaking epiic. Never since have I matched those levels of sniping =p

and also another TF2 related note, I was playing as the demoman on my xbox when my mate rang me up so I proceeded to play one handed and in the one life I played whilst on the phone to him (I continued the life I was on and as soon as I died I quit the game...kinda rude to be gaming and on the phone) manged to get 3 kills one handed, I obviously said this to him to which he replied. Yeah right. I cried a little inside.

i was playing gta 4 offline wtih a friend next to me and we were trying to do the best copter deaths, but one time i flew to the highest point you can fly then leapt for the ground but as i neared the ground i landed between two rocks and somehow survived!
To this day me and my friend have no idea how it happened and have no proof that it did all i get from people is "bullshit dude" or "asshole you just used hacks" (stupid forumists XP

That's the awesomeness of the physics engine they use, jump from highest point possible land on any slanted surface or in water and you will live, theres a person on youtube who does videos for machinima showcasing stunts using that bug, called something like ultrabenbuja.

When I VATS'd a ghoul last night the camera angle was PERFECTION. It was a fixed side view that got all of the decapitation in glorious cinematic quality.

I'm usually really bad at sniping and I was playing the co-op campaign with one of my brothers and I sniped a Locust off of one of those flying things (reavers?).

Captured a flag in about the first 20 seconds of the game in a Big Team Social CTF. My team lost the game 3 - 1 though...

in COD 4 I was annoyed because my sniper had 36 shots left so I shot at random (I'm a bit weird) BOOM headshot.

Perfect Dark. Slow Motion is on, I'm taking out bots with every shotgun blast and using their still-falling bodies as cover.

Once when i was playing Combat Arms on my laptop, i was standing dead centre of of the map completely exposed when my wireless mouse died. i ran behind a waist high rock and crouched, and i saw three enemies running at me, and took out two of them with headshots and gunned down the third, using my laptop's trackpad

When I was playing L4D I was on the first map on expert and I was playing by myself trying to get a achievement. Out of nowhere a Tank shows up and starts rushing at me. I started to run and shoot him at the same time when he all of a sudden he just froze and didn't move. I went near the Tank but he was just frozen like a statue. It was pretty funny.

In Halo 3 once, while playing multi-player, I was bored and randomly throwed a frag grenade, and then some seconds later, it says : "You've killed [whatever his name was]". Must have been someone who already lost his shield, but it was totally awesome.

Oblivion: I was wandering through Anvil docks on my way to play pretend pirates, and I witnessed a conversation between two male NPCs. Here's the crazy part: they both sounded exactly the same! :O

I've done that in real life. Once. It was awesome.

Once I played Wii Bowling, and got seven strikes in a row, also known as the "Seven-Pack" Also got four strikes in a row in real bowling. Not the best ever, but the best I've had.

Quite sure. First was Simplicia the Slow in the Market District, the second time was the Mage Apprentice I had following me, and the third time was a Dark Brotherhood Murderer (The Mage one). All of these sightings where after patching the game.

in Mirrors Edge, i went through a whole level, shattered the previous record, and i did it on my first try without stopping my character for anything, i was also all alone when it happened...

Was playing CS 1.5 at a LAN (it was my first time). I forget the name of the map, but there's a vent shaft that you can crawl through from inside a building and exit on the roof. When I popped out of a hole, I saw an enemy, panicked, and tried to jump for cover, but pressed the button for "throw weapon" (G, I think) instead. My friend, thinking it was a grenade, jumped backwards, fell off the rooftop and died. He had the video of it, but deleted it (he was a real CS nerd) out of humiliation. =(

I don't know if the game sets you up to be being shot at by like thirty units, with a helicopter chasing you, but there was this jump, i hit it and thought "holy shit, this is so god damn awesome" as i just made the jump went within an inch of a wall, handbrake turned down the next straight and sped off. truly awesome.

also the command "thirdpersonshoulder" in console, in L4D, been a while since i played that so they may have taken it out, in short you can change to third person view on the tap of whatever key you bind it to. or used to anyway.

had moments where i've had 10 kills in one life on a 30/30 2fort only server. and thats pretty awesome. (before scout update, although i don't even use any of the new gear).
and for anyone who has played CS 1.6 zombie plague mod, i've had it at the stage on a 12 person server, filled, knew everyone in there, and i wasn't camping in a tunnel, was on zm_diehard i think, was running around and i was the last survivor to 11 zombies. and i won.
but both times people saw these moments happen.
