South Park and Wipeout were pretty good. Also, Super mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Goldeneye, Banjo Kazooie, Shadows of the Empire and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil. You can not go wrong with any of these games.
Conkers Bad Fur Day is a must have.

Also some games like Majoras Mask and I think Perfect Dark needed the Expansion Pack for them to run. Best to check what games will only work with the pack if you can't find one.

starfox 64 = possibly the best rail shooter ever made, don't bother with the multiplayer though,
If multilayer is your thing I love the original smash Bros, and golden-eye is always a good bet.

Both Pokemon stadium games. (imagine a tourment version of the handhield pokemon games in 3d)
