So I recently got a copy of a ROM version of Pokemon Ruby. I've been playing through and I decided I'd try to catch the Regi legendaries. I know they're in three caves and that I need to follow the directions of a braille code to get in them but, for some reason I can't seem to get the braille code to come up. Do I need a special item to see them? Do I need to get to a certain point in the game (I'm already at the Elite four)? Anybody know what I need to do?
