You probably spent a good half hour writing this "open letter", why not try and charge them for that, too?

I don't argue that Steam is flawless, I'm saying that UPlay is worse from my experience. I has worked the way it should about half a dozen times or so in total, every other time, there has been something or the other wrong or it. So the failure rate is much higher.
and in my experience it isn't even close to being as unstable and unreliable as Steam, so Apples and Oranges however my original point is that Uplay and Steam are the same thing, i,e DRM disguised as a DD service. It was your self who tried to make Steam out be be something more and used UPlays 'buggyness' as reasoning.

Ironically despite all the crap that gets thrown at Uplay and Origin I find both to be more user friendly and stable then Steam is.
