The protagonist/good guy/hero/playable character in the last video game you played is replaced by the gentleman in the above picture. What effect does this have on the game?
Bonus Scenario: If you could play as the PCSM, would you do anything differently? If so, then what?

Chaos BatMarine. He is the scourge this city deserves, but not what it needs.

EDIT: I really should read the OP.

I guess he would be approached by Ra's al Ghul and turned immortal. He would then take over The League of Assassins and turn all those lovely ladies into chaos assassins

Fall Out 3, well at least he can eat all those annoying kids in lorgar and the Dark Gods name. Hmm being able to regenerate faster than any mutant every could and hunt using daemonic sight would be cool, also morphing your hands into claws and such would be useful in post-apocalypse world.

Wouldn't that make him more of a Night lord? Still a nice looks for a space marine. I really like the Bat symbol on the chest as it kind of matches the Aquila.

Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.

Those poor zombies can't even kill a single reporter armed with a dildo. I shudder to imagine the carnage when pitted against a CSM.

On the plus side, I would be able to kill the deadliest psychos from the get-go without breaking a sweat. Who needs orange juice when you're a daemonic whirlwind of death and destruction?

Mass Effect 2.

Well, I have absolutely no idea what a chaos space marine is beyond that picture. So I'm guessing a genocidal renegade on steroids?

Metal Gear Rising was the last game I played (still playing it, actually. Still need to unlock some thingy's.) So... Raiden with a gigantic Claymore instead of a Katana?

Take an 8 foot tall warrior-priest who moves fast enough to slap projectiles out of the air at point blank range, able to tear a man in half with his bare hands and rip heads from bodies with each swing of his fist, with a chest that is bulletproof against most weapons, blood designed to seal over wounds almost instantly, immense martial prowess and tactical discipline with centuries if not millenia of combat experience, gains memories by eating his opponents brains, and has a fully automatic armor piercing grenade launcher as his weakest weapon. Now corrupt him with Chaos and you have some idea of what it means to fight a Chaos Space Marine.

Well, the last game I've played was Dead Space 3 so not a lot would change, except all the dismemberment would be done with my bare hands, maybe. Depends on which of the Chaos Gods I'm following:

Khorne: loads and loads of pureed necromorphs. Same goes for all those pointless characters.
Nurgle: necromorphs melt into a diseased puddle before they can even touch me.
Slaanesh: I'd let the necromorphs stab me a little first because pain is awesome
Tzeetch: I wouldn't be in the game

To be honest with you... sounds lame as hell. Seems to me that he/they are designed to be as badass as possible, and in doing so is forced TOO much. There are limits to everything, and when such a limit is crossed, it descends into mediocrity. Not impressed.

I just started replaying Witcher 2. Soooo Geralt. That would make the opening bed scene kinda awkward. Easy as hell to take the castle though, and no problem with a damn dragon anymore.

I love how incredibly over the top the Warhammer 40K universe is.
That's not an underhanded insult either, I really love that it's very aware of how ludicrous it can be and has fun with it.
