Mathematically, I just broke the internet.
Oh God, she broke the internet! We're all doomed! Doomed, I tells ya!

On topic, this is pretty interesting stuff, but I basically just post on stuff I find interesting. Like this ;)

You should go and do a dig around for the community or competition threads and see how they compare.

Example:The PC Clan Thread [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.81348#1081992]

288/7291= 0.03

This tells me two things:

1. Threads need to be stickied more.

2. People have developed a habit of only looking at threads once before moving on, and this is a problem for the threads that require recurring views.

Yeah, thanks, it's not like anyone was still, you know, using it, or anything. Kudos, dude. XD

That's pretty interesting. I'll have to keep these things in mind if I can be bothered to when I next make a new thread.
Some graphs would clarify these findings; I found the data at the top hard(-ish) to follow. I'm not mathematically minded though...

I was in a paradox moment on thinking whether I should or should not post but after my brain started to hurt in 45secs (I feel for ya computers) I decided why the hell not and help your cause or what not. Even I'm not that bored yet but I'd like to see more controversial threads on here that don't end in flames.

I just divided by zero - and I didn't even need Ultrajoe.

It's...interesting, I suppose.

Math is not really my strong su--awh, hell.
Math is my least favourite thing ever.

But it's still interesting.
Math is fun, yo.
My maths teacher gets down with his students, and bust some rhymes every day.

Surely self mutilation with a spoon is worse?
Honestly, I don't mind math, but that's likely because I have a natural understanding of it.

TC: Honestly, this doesn't really say anything other than what we already knew, but it's good to have it formalized like this.

Actually, have you seen if this thread matches up the results you've shown Maet?

If the data is accurate, all NewClassic needs to do is make a thread entitled "Hot Females Abusing America's Power?" It may destroy The Escapist's SQL database, but it's a gamble we should be willing to take -- in the name of science!

Edit: also, is anyone willing to do stuff like the standard deviation on the data? It'd be interesting to see what's within normal distribution and what the margin of error is. It's just I can't be arsed to do math right now... or ever, actually.
I would, But I can't be bothered XD
