They already have. And so did NPR.

Seriously, where have you been? I wish I had a link for you, but I sadly couldn't find one.

EDIT: Here you go.

both of the stories that they covered are anger inducing...I mean nothing against MLP fans but the idea of people filing for disability(and getting money from the feds)so they can watch a show is not cool

Well, the thing is, most of what this guy said is false. I have never come across any MLP fans as obsessed as he made it out to be. Baby man, on the other hand, yeah that is pretty kinky...

People people. Fox news has the credibility of Fox news. The singularity of none yeh thats possible, they did it. Someone needs to investigate into the Fox news reporters see what sick things they're in to. That'd show them.

I didn't say MLP fans do what he said they do I just said the thought of someone claiming disablity when they are most obviously not so they can watch a show or just be lazy bastards is infuriating...As for Baby Man if he had downs or was mentally retarded I'd pity him. But that he gets away with doing what hes doing Im kinda envious

I don't have anything nice to say about so my comment is invalid.
But why are young adults watching a childrens show?
Whatever not my decision.

Because we like the show. It's very clear that the creators actually put effort into their work rather than just churning out the standard drivel, and we can appreciate a good cartoon. There's really not much difference between this and any other popular show except for the social stigma against men admitting that they like cute things.

Because it's adorable and fun! :) it's like any cartoon that garners a fan base older than its original demographic.

And Pinkie Pie always makes my day!

Well, as everyone has already stated. They've already done that. Though it's not like Fox News has ever had a reputation for being unbiased in the presentation of the facts without inflammatory commentary. They are quite good, at pandering information in a way to be as sensationalized as they possibly can get away with. All things considered, let them, it changes nothing about how we conduct ourselves, and that is what makes all the difference.

Sowwy Rusty...actually, I'm not, I think thats a little funny. But what can I say? Its the only response when someone blasphemes something as divine as MLP. But why where you scared because your speakers where low?
Mostly cause I thought it was going to take a bit to load, so I went back to a youtube video, and 2 seconds later it starts up. For whatever reason, it was ridiculously loud and I fell out of my chair.

Do you guys think that since so many older men are into the show that Fox news will catch wind and do what they do best? Aka ruin the series for everyone? Discuss.
I'm not doing a very good job of treading lightly, I'm sure, but please understand that the following is simply my immediate reaction to reading the OP, and that if you take offense, it isn't intended.

I'm willing to bet that you don't despise Fox News any more than I do. I watch it for three reasons: a good laugh (not to cry), to check in on what's going on at the opposite end of the spectrum, and because if I'm going to continue talking shit about somebody I'm going to make sure I actually know what I'm talking about. With that in mind, why do so many on here act as if Fox is persecuting them? Fox spends a fair amount of time scapegoating video games, to be sure, but not nearly as much time as they spend cranking up the outrage machine over gay marriage, foreign countries, liberal politicians, unwed mothers and every person Obama shakes hands with. It would appear the great majority of us agree that they're a bunch of stuffy gasbags and opportunistic ideologues, and as such, they're going to have all of the same stereotypical targets as any fringe conservative outlet. But it bothers me to hear someone say that Fox news will "ruin" a show that you love. If Fox, the 700 Club and Focus on the Family can't take down Family Guy, I'm pretty sure a stray segment here and there when they're momentarily tired of picking on gay people isn't going to get the show cancelled, or boycotted, or altered in any way. So why the melodrama? Why "Fox is going to ruin the show for everyone?" Does this not sound immature and whiny and completely unrealistic when you read it? Again, I'm not saying this to insult you - I genuinely want to know? And from your wording, it would seem that bronies aren't even yet on Fox News' radar.

But, and I want all of you bronies out there to pay attention: if Fox News spends any substantial amount of time freaking out over this phenomenon, especially if they try to insinuate a link between pedophilia and bronies, I want you to notify me, with links,. I will then change my avatar to a Pony for the rest of the year. And y'all will have to show me how to use GIF instead of JPEG so I can get a really flamboyant, hyperactive, girly pony in protest of those male-centric, homophobic, sexist, racist, xenophobic douchenozzles. 'Cos really, fuck Fox.

Can you say "Fuck Fox" on the Escapist?

I just caught on to this Pony thing. *hangs head in shame* I know, I'm an internet failure.

But I think I get it...

Fox, shut up. God help anyone who takes you seriously.

No worries. It might even be for the best that you missed it until now considering how heated things got for a while.

Nice avatar, by the way. Very classy.

Yeah I'm kinda pissed about it too, course I can't talk much, my dad has shunned me for even speaking the words My Little Pony, let alone admitting to being a bronie

This. Sooooo This. Its a fad and I can't wait 'till it blows over. 'Cause right now it just blows.
Yes, of course, because everyone is a hipster, everything is a fad and NOBODY LEGITIMATELY LIKES EVERYTHING! OH DEAR GOD

Seriously, if you don't know what you're talking about then you really oughta just say nothing, because you're bound to make a fool of yourself.
