A quite peculiar occurance (Strange Brain Things Thread!)

Greetings! Question: Something I do (or don't do given the circumstances) is that I can picture anything whether it be real of something made up, a made up object or person, or a real object or person, near perfectly in my head, but if asked to describe it in words or pictures, I simply can't, especially through pictures, just wondering if anyone else is like this and to add at least some discussion value to this, to discussify possibly other strange brain things!

I can rationalize anything. I can picture anything. I can make up a valid sounding lie on the spot. I can shut down all awareness when people are talking to me. I like cookies.

I can't do any of that. I don't even like cookies. I'm sad now.

I can invision things in my head perfectly. I can remember up to the slightest detail.
But when I'm asked to describe or draw it. It doesn't turn out so well.

I can make up vivid images and songs on the spot but cannot draw or write any of it. At all.
Also im very good at working things out. As I can visualize a model in my head and, I can't really explain it but, I can "Feel" the things in my head and the forces they produce, but not like mentally reaching out a hand and touching said object, more like feeling it as if I were that object.
This also gives me the ability to drive and ride different kinds of transportation quite well, because I feel the vehicle and know how it'll react, if I change direction at speed for example, I can predict fairly accurately where and how much it will skid.

It's a very useful "Skill" I suppose you could call it.
