No half measures, go for girl A. Don't do it by announcing your feelings to her just ask her out on a date, announcing your feelings almost never works. Don't try and form a relationship before you ask her out if you don't already have one, just ask her out.

You need to make it clear that you aren't going to be friends, you'r either going to be fucking each other or nothing, make her know it's a date. Make it interesting, not some dull ass film date.
