R.I.P Ronnie James Dio,
The Following is from his website:
Today my heart is broken, Ronnie passed away at 7:45am 16th May. Many, many friends and family were able to say their private good-byes before he peacefully passed away. Ronnie knew how much he was loved by all. We so appreciate the love and support that you have all given us. Please give us a few days of privacy to deal with this terrible loss. Please know he loved you all and his music will live on forever.

Sad news, and if you're looking for a discussion point, quote some of your faviorite tracks from the man himself
My god . . . it happened . . . I think the blood just drained out of my face . . . my god . . .
wow . . . well, the upside to this . . . is to those of us who have been his fan since as far back as we can remember (I know I was ever since I could remember hearing music), he's finally passed that barrier . . . he's become a true God of Heavy Metal.
He has passed from this world . . . but he's entered his own. Ladies and Gentlemen . . . let us mourn his passing, but let us PRAISE his ascension . . . I suggest we spend an hour tonight listening to his music . . . I know I will . . . I'm going to go outside, to a park or something, listen to some Dio for an hour, and give a glass of vodka to the ground, praying it reaches him.
We loved you Dio . . . more than you'll ever know. From all your fans, for all eternity . . . we will always love you. As a singer, as an artist . . . and now as a TRUE God of Metal.
He's finally moved along on his strange highways . . . he's locked up the wolves, killed the dragon for the final time, no longer to Dream Evil, the Holy Diver . . . has ascended . . .
Edit: One last thing . . . Metal will never be the same without him . . . his influence will be felt, I think, for the rest of Metal's days, but it will truly never be the same again . . . not without Ronnie James Dio . . . I know it will never be the same for me.
