it used to be Faunts M4 Pt 2 but i have since had to have my PS3 in another room so now its the sonic theme on my phone which wakes me up, then gets my phone thrown at a wardrobe and lets me go back to sleep.
my advice: go for faunts.

I wake up to something different every day. Every night when I go to bed I stop my iPod stereo/speaker thing at a spot in a song I want to wake up to. Yesterday I woke up to the epic ending of Black Label by Lamb of God. Today it was Behemoth by Electric Wizard.

I usually pick metal songs because when I wake up, I prefer to immediatly get out of bed.

This is kinda common sense, but I found one of the best ways to choose your alarm ringtone or song. Just use the ringtone that you have set for the person you like getting a call from most. Itll wake you up and make you happy because it makes you think of that person. It worked well for me.
