A sucessor to planetside?

A friend showed me the game Global agenda (i'm sure you can find the website yourselves ), and it struck me that it was in fact remarkably similar to planetside in the way it works (mmofps), i'm curious, would you play a game like this when it comes out?

Seems like a cross between Planetside and Battlefield: 2142. I may look farther into this

Looks fun, but experience has told me that MMOS which require team-tectics are usually pretty unsuccesful
