People would just finagle their way out of getting injected, or find some way to disable the device.

I would like to know, but in what I am saying, I can't. If I did know I would realize then no point in continuing to try and increase the quality of my own life. If I don't know, I work harder then to make best use of the time I know I have.

Then you're a lot calmer than me, dude.
I'd freak out and waste my time worrying until my 24th birthday, when I'd finally know for sure.
I could never be just happy and at peace because I'd always have that niggling doubt in the back of my head.
And my life would either start on my 24th birthday or never begin at all.

Well yeah that works too, but for me I would just see that I cant do anything about it if it is me, so why not do what I can right now while I can?

True, but as you can tell from my response, it depends on the person how they'd deal with it or behave in response to it. So can you honestly say it'd be alright to do just because some people would live their lives to the fullest while others would cower in fear and despair?

I still say no, it's wrong for me personally but it's also wrong on principle.
Not to mention it's contrary to Human Rights in every way imaginable.

True enough on both parts, but as I said I don't hate/like its interesting. Brings up a point that the value of a life should be increased somehow.

Meh, it's a free country. You can't force people to live their lives to - what you think is - the fullest without infringing on their rights.
Nobody can set this bar for everybody else.
