Stay perfectly still, wonder who drugged me, and don't move, it probably will kill me if I do, that or whoever drugged me in the first place probably will do it again if I leave, just stay perfectly still and listen to the calming voices and wait for whoever did this to come back.

What I would do, I would look at it, blink a few times, look at the ceiling, look back at brain with a face of doubt and suspicion, then look to the ceiling again and sigh. Then I'll wait till something happens.
I will think I'm still dreaming and lie down again in order to try and wake up. When this ultimately fails, I am still in denial, and in a sad attempt to escape reality I will knock myself unconcious against the wall.
After waking up for a second time I will finally realise what is going on. I will scream like a ***** and throw the brain part against the wall. I will now flee from that place and buy and lock myself in my basement, roaming the Escapist forever just to try and forget that.. that... thi-AAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!

I'd probably think: "What the fuck is this?!" while taking my arm away from it as fast as I could and I surely wouldn't recognise it as a medula oblongata. It would just be something gross I'd never want to touch again.
Then I'd try to remember where I am and what I did during the night. Failing that and assuming I can leave that place, I'd take some photos with my mobile phone of the room and the gross thing I don't know what it is and then get the hell out of that place.

I'd wake up, then I'd look at it and then I would most likely faint, but if I do not then I'd probably run to the bathroom to vomit, after that I would assume I've been kidnapped since that's fairly common where I live, look for an exit and probably not find one then having no other option I'd just wait and see what happens.
