There are a lot of people willing to do good for others and share information, just for the sake of it.

Everyone thinks everyone who disagrees with them is an idiot, crazy, or part of some grand conspiracy.

That some people will use even the most inconsequential things to try and make themselves feel morally superior to you.
That's nothing new: I know people in real life who consider you subhuman for liking music that they don't, and God help you if they can find a 'ism to attach, even tangentially or illogically, to any of your entertainment choices.

As for what I've learned, it's that nobody in a particularly advanced field, like theoretical sciences, or in a particularly advanced branch of their field, like the military, has proffessional obligations and can whittle away their time arguing in 1337 5p34k on the internet. Doctors don't have patients, scientists don't have the limits of human understand to push, and soldiers duties to carry out or wars to fight, all of them have only the internet. Everyone whom you disagree with, and whom you inform of this, is an astronaught or an astrophysicist or Navy SEAL or in possession of an otherwise impressive sounding job title relevant, usually, to the discussion at hand.

Everyone who doesn't agree with everyone else is wrong.

I also believe that TV Tropes is some sort of conspiracy to stop all productivity in the world.

While I used to believe that you can find anything on the internet however my seach finding skill shows that not everything can be found.
No I ain't into anything creepy or weird, I often get asked from my friends who are looking for solution to a problem or specific tutorial in software like Photoshop, Micromedia Flash and 3d Studio Max etc due to being able to find stuff that other would have spend ages looking for.

That there are some people out there who have absolutely nothing except a stupid amount of free-time. See also, people who make Middle-earth/Azeroth/Anything bigger than a multi-story car park on Minecraft. And I bet someone has made that too.

Every thing I can think of pretty much has already been said. Basically:
People will always find a way to ruin something that someone holds dear (rule 34)
Little tiny disagreements will almost always turn into full scale flame war (you have a different opinion than me? Screw you!)
That a logical debate seems to be more rare than a dodo and that some people, for some inexplicable reason, just like making others mad.

Also captcha: apedays observed. What? Do we know have national day/ week to recognise apes?

Anything anyone says or does has the potential to insult. Global speed-of-light interwebs have given humans the ability to insult everyone at once, and most of them cannot handle it.

A sense of community can be made without ever interacting with other people in person, on image boards.
