As for me, a couple of years ago on New Years Eve, my friends and I played through the Endless Setlist 2 on Rock Band 2, after warming up with some songs an hour beforehand (which I don't recommend to anyone). Played on Medium, but still it was trying, and ended up getting the Iron Bladder trophy. I am pretty proud of that.

Completing the Be Objective challenge (3 stars) on Brink in my first go was pretty awesome, when others are having real trouble with it.

Best 360 achievement? Zombie Genocider on Dead Rising
Thing I felt the biggest sense of achievement for? Beating Robot Factory on Hard in TimeSplitters 2

Beating every level in Resident Evil: Outbreak with every character just to unlock the HUNK looking character. Then a few weeks later Outbreak 2 is released,which unlocked everything in the first anyway....

I don't want to show off or anything but i once chopped down a tree with my BARE HANDS in minecraft.

I finished parts of Demon's Souls in New Game plus without Warding.

And Warding is the only thing making NG+ worth playing since everything will do insane amounts of physical damage without it.(even with the 75% damage reduction of warding bosses still do 30-50% of my health in damage)

Oh, for clarification, whatever you have done that you think is cool. I mean, let's face it, beating Endless Setlist 2 on Medium is a joke to most gamers, but doing it without having to hit the restroom? For about 7 hours? That's careful consumption of liquids there; just enough to stay healthy, but not too much to need to pause the game.

Mile High Club.

The worst part was, I made it once and then I was so overwhelmed with disbelief that my thumb twitched and I shot the VIP by accident. -.- I was ready the second time though.

Also, my Solo Legendary play through of Halo: Reach is probably something I wouldn't repeat of my own accord.

My first flashbang kill on counterstrike: source. I threw the nade around the corner, and then went through 4 stages:

Wondering what the hell happened to the guy around the corner,
Seeing the flashbang kill in the top right but having no idea what it meant (if you've seen what it looks like, you'll know what i mean),
Seeing the body, and eventually realising what I'd just done,
Euphoria.

Beating Gears of War on insanity. The gears that is. It took probably 4 days for the first four chapters but then I had to face RAAM and that took nearly 2 weeks. When I finally got the "Commando" achievement for beating the game on Insanity I was so happy. Another two would be Mile High Club achievement on MW and also the Vidmaster Challenge: Déjà Vu achievement on Halo: ODST.

Finish Super Meat Boy 100% and playing on a server in Sven Co-op long enough to become admin on it.
Also, the first time I finished IWBTG was a great feeling.
