Personally, I find this a hard question. I mean, is it okay to say someone is fat, just because they have it in control, or could change it?
Perfect example of somewhere that you should not be mean. Clinical mental disorders or physical medical problems are often behind excess weight. Do some research on eating disorders.

Do you think you should be able to discriminate, for example, gingers/redheads, because they Can't change who they are.
Hair dye is cheaper and easier than weight loss, but no, I don't think that should be allowed either.
Hair dye? you're serious?

Fat people can change. I dont understand how people can say that they have heavy bones, or are born that way. Just isn't true. Extreme example, all people in tribes in dark africa are thin, because they have to work hard for food. If you really want to change from being fat, you can, and permanent. Hair dye for gingers is probably easier, but has more moral repurcussions. You are, when doing that, effectively admitting that being ginger is a 'crime' or ugly, and that you are born ugly.

If you put yourself there then I have no issue making fun of you. You are the cause, you are the problem, bear everything that comes with it.
