Hm... well, everyone seemed to mention all the ones I've watched and loved... except for one which I'm going to offer up. (Shame some of you don't like Naruto Abridged. I love it. Though it has slowed.
hbi2k--the creator of Beserk and Gantz Abridged has also done an Escaflowne Abridged series as well. Seriously, makes me laugh lots.

ughhhh, i could never figure out the appeal of Elfen Lied. violence doesn't usually bother me, but i've never come so close to throwing up as i did watching the first episode of that. i actually threw away the series on dvd :/Skullkid4187 said:
Sailor Moon Abridged by Megami33 is a great abridged series, as is the one for Lupin the 3rd...unfortunetly, Youtube has treated them like crap, so they might be tricky to find.
Also, the abridged series for Hellsing is pretty good too.
