No, that's Zant (Twilight Princess) and Vaati (Minish Cap). I'm looking at the chick on the far left, and the dude on the far right with the flail. Both have that new Gerudo symbol on their armor. You know the one that they put in after the old one got called out on being culturally insensitive or something (I thought it had something to do with Muslims).

This piece of fan art reminded me how proud I used to be as a fan of Legend of Zelda. Like many (or at least I hope) of you who love the franchise may know, some installments tend to divide the fanbase. As I watched this artist work, I no longer remembered what that felt like. This piece of work truly makes me feel connected and appreciative for the franchise as a whole.
