When me and a friend of mine played Final Fantasy 6, we named all the characters after characters from Final Fantasy 7.
Okay, so nothing interesting or rude or anything... Though it was amusing cos Vincent's name wouldn't fit into the character limit... So Shadow was known as 'Vincet'.

I have fun ruining relationships in The Sims and every neighbourhood has a resident playboy or resident skank (concubine) to move in on women or men in already established relationships and create bastard children with everyone else in the neighbourhood.

I always give them stupid names like Get-it Here or Slutty McSkank... It's hillarious when McSkanks eventually get married and breed more McSkanks

That made me giggle a lot harder than it probably should have.

My dad borrowed my Dark Sun games to play while I was busy. They had dialog options similar to modern RPG's, and pretty much whenever you'd meet a new NPC you'd get an option that read as "Hi! I'm ."

So my dad named all of his characters things like "here to kill you".

I always abused it in Pokemon with my Pokemon's names. So that when I would say Go! (pokemon name) I would have my favorite 3 always present so I would say Go! "Ahead", "And Die!" and
"Come Back!".
I realize that they aren't that funny, its mostly just my sense of humor being differently amused.

Sometimes, I just get lazy and use names from tv shows that I watch.

Edit: Pretty much I just use characters from both Stargate shows, Doctor Who, Firefly, Torchwood, Battlestar Galactica and Burn Notice.
