The thing to remember is that Ezio isn't so much an "assassin" the way we think of them today, but a member of an order called the Assassins.JUMBO PALACE said:I'm looking forward to this game but I'm afraid that they're moving further away from the stealth assassination aspects of the game. Many of the trailers show Ezio striding right into combat, something an assassin would never do.
Wait... So you're telling me they weren't supposed to be killed on sight? Because I must have spent hours just running around, finding bards, and shutting them up before they could utter a single sound.Vromnir said:3) Finaly got annoyed with the minstrels and jumped the noisy buggers.
Did you miss Assassin's Creed 2 or something? Ezio already killed the Pope.crotalidian said:So if Cesare Borgia is a main antagonist is this possibly a game that will lead up to:
The Assasination of Pope Alexander VI (Cesare Borgia's Father)
bringing Borgia plots into an AssCreed could be good although I would expect Ezio and Cesare to be working together knowing the Borgia's methods. Do I smell a betrayal plot?
Yes. Yes I did. did not have access to console around release so its sitting in my Lovefilm Queue.Redingold said:Did you miss Assassin's Creed 2 or something? Ezio already killed the Pope.crotalidian said:So if Cesare Borgia is a main antagonist is this possibly a game that will lead up to:

Sorry to butt in gentlmen, being the AC fanboy I am, I must clear this up. Ezio never killed Rodrigo Borgia, he left him with the knowledge that he wasn't the prophet to humiliate him. I was confused by this when I saw the first AC:B trailer, so I replayed the game to find out.crotalidian said:Yes. Probably should have googled the original plot! Just looked up the Borgias and guessed from there. Assume then that this will be a revenge based antagonist trying to trip Ezio up.
