Sixth grade. Cutting frozen chocolate with a steak knife. The knife slipped and I stabbed a hole about halfway through my left index finger. Yeah, it was stupid of me. But I was a kid and goddammit I wanted that chocolate.

The scar's still there because it healed sort of weirdly; my dad refused to take me to the hospital despite the depth of the wound, and just told me to keep sticking a bandaid over it. It took about four months to heal on its own...

I had a friend who accidentally cut his hand all across his knuckles and didn't notice for 20 minutes.

I can't think of any dramatic examples of my mistakes, though. Mostly just papercuts.

I have yet to cut myself on accident with any sharp object. Now, with my luck or lack thereof, I am bound to chop my arm off sometime in the future. Fun.

Got a little cut on my arm in cooking class. Had to wear a big blue plaster as well.
The damn thing wasn't even bleeding, why did I wear a plaster?

Sliced my finger to the bone when I closed my knife on it (My knives are really really sharp). 2 stitches and a few months later I still have no feeling in the finger.

I'm as clumsy and accident-prone as they come. I worked in a deli during one summer and while cleaning one of the slicers, I sliced open the back of my finger. Hit an artery, nicked a tendon and needed 7 stitches to close it.

Countless times my friend. The last one I can remember was when I was removing a window, I was picking up pieces of glass and I tossed the whole frame in the trash.

I then had this extremely stupid idea to punch it.

It was fine when I went through, but pulling out was a bit more difficult.

It was still fun though and I am so glad I didn't feel the tiny shards of glass in my fist.

The blunt end of one of these fuckers. One had just been left in my room like most of the other crap in the house and I accidentally landed on it after jumping. Went straight in through the side of my foot, impaling past the center of my sole.

I was doing something for work in which I cut myself on some corner bead.

If you don't know what corner bead is, LOOK IT UP.

Anyway, I had to get stitches and almost cut off a chunk of my left index finger.

I slipped while cutting a pizza sub and instinctively put my hand down to break my fall, forgetting there was a serrated steak knife in my hand, my leg fell on it and it went about 3 inches in. I didn't get stitches though.

many, many times.

i was playing with a paperclip and it ended threw the side of my thumb.

then back in the days when those little skateboards, tech decks, were cool in grade school, my class would sometimes use a pen or pencil to do some of the "tricks" if we didn't have one with us, and thats how i got a pencil to go completely threw my hand, which is still the most painful thing to ever happen to me.
and then there was the first time i ever drew a katana, i put my thumb in the wrong place and as i drew the blade is ever so lightly slide across my thumb, i wasn't aware that i had cut myself till i went to chance the channel on the TV and flexed my thumb and it felt odd, so i looked at my thumb and saw blood, and then moved my thumb and saw the cut split open. it took me a minute to figure out what happened.
